SUPREME COURT CIRCUIT SITTING.
NOTICE is hereby given that a Circuit Court
Sitting of the Supreme Court for the despatch
of criminal and civil business will be held in the
Court House, at Lawrence, on Tuesday, the twenty-
first day of March next, at the hour of ten o'clock in
the forenoon, at which time and place all persons
bound by recognizances or otherwise to appear as
prosecutors, plaintiffs, defendants, or witnesses, are
required to give their attendance.
SUPREME COURT.
NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of the
Supreme Court for the despatch of Criminal

House at Dunedin, on Monday, the third day of
April next, at the hour of Two o'clock in the fore-
noon, at which time and place all persons bound by
recognizances to appear as prosecutors, plaintiffs,
defendants, or witnesses are required to give their
attendance.
DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Part-
nership hitherto existing between the undersigned
as Millers and Produce Merchants, carrying on busi-
ness in Dunedin and Oamaru under the style or firm
of Anderson and Mowat, has this day been Dissolved
by mutual consent, and that the business will be car-
ried on as heretofore by James Anderson, under the
style or firm of Anderson and Co.
James Anderson will pay all liabilities due by, and
receive all debts due to, the late firm in Oamaru.
Andrew Mowat paying all liabilities due by, and
James Anderson receiving all debts due to, the late firm in Dunedin.

MISSING PERSON.
ENQUIRIES have been made at the Immi-
gration Office, Dunedin, for one Archibald Watson,
who sailed from Glasgow for Otago in the ship
"Robert Henderson" in the year 1860. Any infor-
mation respecting the above will be gladly received
at the above office. Letters await him.
