IMPOUNDED, on the 22nd day of January, 1876,
by Mr. McCallum, Seaward Downs,
1 Bay Entire, branded T near shoulder, near fore fetlock white.
1 Black Colt (entire), branded T near shoulder, star on forehead.
1 Bay Mare, branded T near shoulder; white strip on face, near hind fetlock white.

Supposed to belong to Mr. Trotter, Longbush.
Also, 1 Chesnut Horse, no visible brand, star on forehead, white snip on nose.
1 Dark Bay Colt (rig), branded T, star on forehead.
Owners unknown, for trespassing on grass paddocks;
10s each for driving expenses claimed on entires and rig, and 5s each on mare and gelding. In default of being released, the above horses will be sold on Saturday, the 12th day of February, 1876, at Edendale Pound, Edendale.

For which four shillings damages are claimed, for trespassing in Oats and other crops.

Also, Impounded, January 16, 1876, by order of Board of Wardens of the Clyde Commonage,
1 Red and White Bull, branded something like H on off rump.

For running at large among settlers’ cattle, and in default of the above Bull and Gelding being released, they will be sold on Friday, the 11th day of February, 1876, at 12 o’clock noon, at the Leaning Rock, Clyde Pound.

Owner unknown, and in default of being released, the above Horse will be sold at the Oamaru Pound, on Friday, the 11th day of February, 1876, at 12 o’clock noon.
