TENDERS are invited by the West Taieri Board of Conservators, till noon on Saturday, the 29th inst., for delivering about 70,000 feet of timber (for street piling) at the River Works, below Outram.

THE Provincial Government invites offers from persons willing, at their own cost, to erect a Bridge over the Kawauru River, near Morven Ferry.

Terms and conditions to be seen at the office of the Provincial Engineer, Dunedin; the District Engineer’s Office, Cromwell; and at the Police Station, Arrowtown.

Offers will be received until noon of Wednesday, the 1st day of March, 1876.

TENDERS will be received at the office of the Secretary for Works until noon of Wednesday, February 16th, for Contract No. 1098, earthworks and bridges on road to Waikouaiti Harbor.

Plans and specifications may be seen and forms of tender obtained at the office of the Provincial Engineer, Dunedin, and at Police Station, Waikouaiti, on and after the 26th instant.

Tenders to be indorsed "Tender for Contract No. 1098."

The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.

SUBURBAN ROAD BOARD.

TENDERS wanted by the Suburban Road Board for the supply and spreading 200 yards, more or less, broken metal, Green Island Subdivision.

Separate tenders will be received for the supply of 200 yards, more or less, broken Metal in Corstophine subdivision.

Plans and specifications may be seen and forms of tender obtained at the office of the Provincial Engineer, Dunedin, and at District Engineer’s Office, Invercargill, on and after the 26th instant.

Tenders to be indorsed "Tender for Contract No. 1063."

The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.

BLUESKIN ROAD BOARD.

TENDERS are invited by the above Board for the following works:—

Clearing slips on Beach-road, Lower Harbour. Messrs. Lean and Swanson will meet Contractors on Beach-road, in Deborah Bay, at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, February 8th, and shew the work.

Widening 15 chains, more or less, of road to Heyward Point. Contractors meeting at Mr. Swanson’s at 10 a.m. on Friday, February 11th, will be shewn the work.

Also for works on Mr. Muirhead’s road. Mr. Muirhead will meet Contractors at Mr. Wm. Weatherston’s, at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, February 9th, and shew the work.

Tenders to be lodged at the Board’s office by noon on Monday, February 14th.

TUTURAU ROAD DISTRICT.

THE Tuturau Road Board invite Tenders for the following works, viz.:—

Contract No. 15.—Formation and gravelling of 10½ chains of Crawford’s Road.

Contract No. 16.—Gravelling 26 chains of Shanks’ Road, at Native Reserve.

Contract No. 17.—Formation of 35 chains of Shanks’ Road.

Contract No. 18.—Gravelling over Culverts on Shanks’ Road.

Contract No. 19.—Sundry works on Davidson’s Road.

Specifications for the whole of the above works may be seen on application at the Store of Messrs. McGibbon and Sons, Mataura. Tenders, containing the usual deposit, must be lodged with the Chairman of the Board, on or before Saturday, the 5th of February, at noon.

The lowest, or any tender not necessarily accepted.
