NOTICE is hereby given that Messrs. Stephen Read and Co. have received permission to surrender their Gold Mining Lease of Section 3, Block VII., Lauder District, and the land is now open for occupation by holders of miners’ rights.

NOTICE TO MARINERS.

NOTICE is hereby given that on Monday the 17th instant, the Lightship in the Lower Harbour of Dunedin will be removed for her annual overhaul which will occupy about eight days, during such time a cutter will be moored in her place and the Light exhibited from an ordinary masthead lantern.

DEFERRED PAYMENTS.

NOTICE is hereby Given, that the undermentioned Sections will be open for application on Deferred Payments, on Friday, the 28th January, 1876. Application must be made by the applicant in person, at any Land Office in the Province, and a deposit of 1s. 6d. per acre paid at the time of making the application, being the first half-year’s occupation fee. The purchase money is payable at the rate of 3s. per acre per annum for ten years. Plans to be seen at Dunedin Land Office.
