LAND HELD UNDER DEFERRED PAYMENT LICENSES ANNULLED.
NOTICE is hereby Given, that the Waste Lands Board, at their sitting the 5th January, 1876, annulled the Licenses, and declared unoccupied Sections 1, 4, 1 of 5, 2 of 5, and 6, Block II, Glenkenich; Sections 12 and 17, Block VIII, Toetoes; Sections 1A, 2, Block I, Waikaka; Section 7, Block II, Waikaka; 6, 10, Block X, Waipahee; and 3, 30, and 31, Block II, Highlay District; the conditions required in terms of the 52nd and 56 Sections of the Waste Lands Act, 1872, not being fulfilled, and ordered that such Sections should be again advertised open for application. (See advertisement.)

LAND UNDER DEFERRED PAYMENT APPLIED FOR WITHIN DUNEDIN.—LAND DISTRICT, 28th DECEMBER, 1875.
OBJECTIONS (if any) to the following applications must be made in writing, and lodged on or before noon on Friday, the 14th January (current), at the Land Office, Dunedin.
The duplicated applications (as under), against which no objection has been lodged, will be decided by Auction at the Land Office, Dunedin, at noon, on Friday, 28th January, 1876. The upset price to be 30s. per acre; payable in ten years by half-yearly payments.

NORTH EAST VALLEY ROAD DISTRICT.
TENDERS are invited for filling portion of Old Creek and alterations on Road Line, &c., as per plan and specification, which can be seen at Mr. Thomas Brown’s Hotel, N.E.V. Parties tendering will require to deposit 7½ per cent. on the amount of their Tender, and the lowest or any Tender not necessarily accepted.
Tenders can be left at the N.E.V. School-house on or before Saturday, the 22nd January, at 2 p.m.
