FIRST SCHEDULE.
The Sections of the "Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance 1865," containing the provisions of the said Ordinance, extended to and applicable within the Incorporated Town of South Dunedin, that is to say, sections numbered 6 to 11 both inclusive; sections numbered 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26; sections numbered 29 to 97 both inclusive; sections numbered 99 to to 113 both inclusive; and sections numbered 116 to 122 respectively; and also the sections in the various amending Ordinances substituted for sections 18, 27, and 78, repealed.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
Sections of the "Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1865," applicable to the Incorporated Town of South Dunedin, with respective modifications set opposite the numbers of the Sections.

THIRD SCHEDULE.
Boundaries of the Incorporated Town of South Dunedin as delineated on the record maps of the said town, deposited in the Lands Registry Office, in Dunedin, in the said Province.
All that parcel of land in the Province of Otago, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement two hundred and fifty-three (253) acres and twenty-five (25) poles, more or less, situate in the Town district being sections numbered respectively one (1), two (2), three (3), four (4), five (5), six (6), seven (7), twenty-two (22), twenty-three (23), twenty-four (24), twenty-five (25), twenty-six (26), twenty-seven (27), twenty-eight (28), twenty-nine (29), thirty (30), thirty-one (31), thirty-two (32), thirty-three (33), thirty-four (34), thirty-five (35), thirty-six (36), and parts of sections numbered respectively, eight (8), forty-two (42), forty-three (43), forty-four (44), forty-five (45), block seven (VII), on the map of the said District, bounded towards the north-east by the Anderson's Bay Road, four thousand one hundred and eighty (4180) links; towards the south-east by a line extending along the centre of Bay View Road and Kennedy Road five thousand two hundred and fifty (5250) links; towards the south-west by section numbered 37 one thousand nine hundred and (1940) links; again towards the south-east by sections numbered respectively 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, and part of 46 three thousand six hundred and ten (3610) links; again towards the south-west by a road line two thousand (2000) links; and towards the north-west by part of section numbered 13, block VI., and sections numbered respectively 21, 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, and 12, and part of section 8, block seven (VII), eight thousand and eighty (8080) links, be the all aforesaid linkages more or less.
FOURTH SCHEDULE.
NORTH WARD
Comprises all that area bounded towards the north-west by the said Town Boundary; towards the north-east by the centre of the Hillside Road; towards the south-east by Macandrew Road; and towards the south-west by the Forbury Road.
SOUTH WARD
Comprises all that area bounded towards the north-east by the centre of Hillside Road; towards the south-east by the centre of Kennedy Road; towards the south-west by section numbered 37; and towards the north-west by Macandrew Road.
EAST WARD.
Comprises all the remaining portion of the said Township.
Given under my hand, and issued under the public seal of the Province of Otago, at Dunedin, this seventh day of December, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five.

PROCLAMATION
Appointing a day for the First Election of a citizen to be Mayor of the Incorporated Town of South Dunedin.
By His Honor James Macandrew, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS by the "Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1865," it is amongst other things provided that it shall be lawful for the Superintendent, at any time after any Municipality shall have been proclaimed under the provisions of the Ordinance intituled "An Ordinance to amend the Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1865," by Proclamation in the Government Gazette of the Province of Otago, to appoint a day for the first election of a citizen to be Mayor of such Municipality: And whereas the town of South Dunedin has been proclaimed a municipality under the provisions of the said Ordinance, and it is expedient to appoint a day for the first election of a citizen to be Mayor of the said municipality of South Dunedin.
Now, therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the said Province of Otago, do hereby proclaim and declare that I have appointed, and do hereby appoint Wednesday, the 22nd day of December, 1875, as to be the day for the first election of a citizen to be Mayor of the municipality of South Dunedin.
Given under my hand and under the public seal of the Province of Otago, at Dunedin, this 13th day of December, 1875.

WARRANT.
Appointing an officer to preside at the First Elections to be held under the Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, for the Incorporated Town of South Dunedin, in the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Town of South Dunedin has been Incorporated under the provisions of the "Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1865:" And whereas by the 113th section of the said Ordinance it is amongst other things enacted, that where no special provision is made for the conduct of the first elections under the said Ordinance, it should be lawful for the Superintendent, by warrant under his hand, to appoint some fit and proper person to preside at each of such elections: Now, therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in exercise of the powers vested in me by the said "Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1865," and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby nominate and appoint

to preside at the first elections of Mayor, Councillors, and auditors to be held under the "Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1865," for the Incorporated Town of South Dunedin, in the Province of Otago.
As witness my hand, this 13th day of December, 1875.
