thirty-five thousand nine hundred (35,900) links, to
the western boundary of Block numbered VI.,
Glenkenich Survey District; thence due north to
Section numbered 6, of the said Block VI., thirteen
thousand six hundred (13,600) links; thence along
the southern boundaries of Sections numbered
respectively 6, 7, 20, 21, 23, 24, and 34-of the said
Block VI., twenty-four thousand one hundred
(24,100) links; thence in a southerly direction along
the western boundaries of Sections numbered
respectively 20, Block VII., and 7, Block X., by the
Waikokoistream, and Sections numbered re-
spectively 1, 2, and 3, Block X., Glenkenich District,
fifty-three thousand (53,000) links, to the southern
boundary of Glenkenich District; thence due west,
fifty thousand six hundred (50,600) links to the
eastern boundary of Chatton District; thence due
north, nine thousand eight hundred and sixteen
(9,816) links, to a point due east of Trig. Station V,
Chatton Survey District; thence due west to the
Waikaka River, fifteen thousand five hundred
(15,500) links; thence in a northerly direction along
the Waikaka River, twenty-four thousand (24,000)
links, to the starting point.
SCHEDULE No. 6.
North Glenkenich Hundred.
ALL that parcel of land in the Province of Otago,
in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by estima-
tion fourteen thousand five hundred (14,500) acres,
more or less, situate in the South-Eastern Pastoral
District, being parts of Runs numbered respectively
175A and 167B on the map of the said pastoral dis-
trict. Bounded by a line commencing on the east
branch of the Waikaka Stream, and proceeding due
east along the northern boundaries of Chatton and
Glenkenich Survey Districts, to the boundary of
Waikokoistream, thirty-one thousand five hun-
dred (31,500) links; thence in a southerly direction
along the western boundaries of Waikokoistream,
Sections 1 and 2, Block II, Glenkenich District, and
Block numbered VI of the said Glenkenich Survey
District, fifty-seven thousand two hundred (57,200)
links, to appoint due east of Trig. Station U, Glen-
kenich Survey District; thence due west thirty-five
thousand nine hundred (35,900) links to the Wai-
kaka Stream; thence in a northerly direction along
the Waikaka Stream, and its eastern branch, sixty-six
thousand six hundred (66,300) links, to the starting
point.
SCHEDULE No. 7.
Chatton Hundred.
ALL that parcel of land in the Province of Otago,
containing by estimation twenty thousand (20,000) acres, more or less,
situate in the South-Eastern Pastoral District, being
part of Run numbered 111 on the map of the said
pastoral district. Bounded by a line commencing at
the north-eastern corner of Otama Survey District,
and proceeding due east to the West branch of the
Waikaka Stream, thirty-one thousand four hundred
(31,400) links; thence in a south-easterly direction
along the west branch of the said Waikaka Stream,
eighty-three thousand one hundred (83,100) links to
a point due east of Trig. Station J, Chatton Survey
District; thence due west to the western boun-
dary of Section numbered 6, Block III, Chatton
Survey District, twenty-five thousand seven hundred
(25,700) links; thence due south to the main interior
road to Pyramid, three thousand one hundred and
twenty (3,120) links; thence in a westerly direction
along the said road line, twenty thousand one hundred
(20,100) links, to a point due west of the said Station
J; thence due west to Otama Survey District, eigh-
teen thousand (18,000) links; thence due north,
forty-two thousand six hundred and sixty-seven
(42,667) links, to the starting point.
SCHEDULE No. 8.
Kingston Hundred.
ALL that parcel of land in the Province of Otago,
containing by estimation eight thousand (8,000)
acres, more or less, situate in the South-Eastern
Pastoral District, being parts of Runs numbered re-
spectively 214 and 323 on the map of the said dis-
trict. Bounded by a line commencing at a point on
the Mataura River, at the most southerly corner of
Section 4, Block II, Kingston Survey District; thence
in a north-easterly direction, eleven thousand nine
hundred (11,900) links; thence in a line due east
from the most easterly corner of the said Section 4,
Block II, Kingston Survey District, two thousand
(2,000) links; thence in a line running due south,
forty thousand (40,000) links; thence in a line due
west, twenty-two thousand (22,000) links to the
Mataura River; thence by the said river to the
starting point, forty thousand (40,000) links. Be
all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

Most Honourable George Augustus Con-
stantine, Marquis of Normanby, Earl of
Mulgrave, Viscount Normanby, and Ba-
ron Mulgrave of Mulgrave, all in the
County of York, in the Peerage of the
United Kingdom; and Baron Mulgrave
of New Ross, in the County Wexford, in
the Peerage of Ireland; a Member of
Her Majesty's Most Honourable Privy
Council; Knight Commander of the
Most Distinguished Order of Saint
Michael and Saint George; Governor
and Commander-in-Chief in and over
Her Majesty's Colony of New Zealand
and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral
of the same; and issued under the Seal
of the said Colony, at the Government
House at Wellington, this 11th day of
October, in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and seventy-five.
