NOTICE is hereby given, that the following application for a license to occupy land on deferred payments have been received at the office:—
John M'Diarmid, for sections 20 and 21, block II. Tuapeka West.
Monday, the 11th day of October, 1875, at 2 o'clock p.m., at the Land Office, Lawrence, is the time and place appointed for deciding the application, if unopposed and for notifying any objections that may be lodged.

NOTICE.
LAND FOR SETTLEMENT.
PERSONS desirous of selecting Land, either for immediate purchase or for occupation on deferred payments, or under the Agricultural Lease Regulations, will, on application to Mr. Robert Short, at the Land Office, Dunedin, be supplied with all the information they may require as to what land is open for sale or occupation, and the terms upon which it may be acquired.
Mr. Robert Short will shew maps of the land, and assist purchasers or selectors in making the necessary applications.
