NOTICE.
Of certain lands in the Province of Otago having been reserved for the purposes of Recreation for the use of the inhabitants of the Town of Gore.
By His Honor George Turnbull, Esquire, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of section 16 of the "Southland Waste Lands Act, 1865," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved for the purposes of Recreation for the use of the inhabitants of the Town of Gore: and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now, therefore, I, George Turnbull, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby land and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described as a Reserve for the purposes of Recreation for the Town of Gore: (that is to say)—
All that area of land laid off as the Town Belt of Gore, containing by admeasurement thirty acres, as the same is delineated on the record map in the Crown Lands Survey Office, Invercargill.

By His Honor George Turnbull, Esquire, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of section 16 of the "Southland Waste Lands Act, 1865," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be set apart as a Reserve for Government Buildings in the Town of Gore: and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now, therefore, I, George Turnbull, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the land hereinafter described a Reserve for a site for Government Buildings in the Town of Gore: (that is to say)—
The block of land adjoining block IX together with that block and intervening street as a site for Government Buildings comprising an area of one (1) acre (3) roods and thirty-nine (39) poles bounded on the north-east by a street line nine hundred and ninety-eight (998) links, on the south by Medway-street seven hundred and sixty-eight (768) links, and on the west by main road five hundred and twenty-nine (529) links.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of section 16 of the "Southland Waste Lands Act, 1865," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be set apart as Municipal endowments for the Town of Mataura: and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now, therefore, I, George Turnbull, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described as Municipal Endowments for the Town of Mataura, (that is to say)—
Section 7, block II.; section 11 block IV.; sections 5 and 6, block V.; sections 1, 12, and 13, block VI.; sections 6, 19, 49, and 54, block VII.
