All that area, containing by admeasurement two (2)
acres, sixteen (16) poles, more or less, being section 7,
block XXII., on the map of the Town of Arrowtown:
bounded towards the north by Suffolk street, four hun-
dred and twenty-two (422) links; towards the north-east
by Bedford street, three hundred fifty-nine (359) links;
towards the south by Crown Lands, five hundred (500)
links; towards the south-west by the section by section
(6) three hundred and forty-one (341) links; and,
All that area, containing by admeasurement three (3)
acres, one (1) rood, fourteen (14) poles, more or less, being
section 4, block XXIV., on the map of the Town of
Arrowtown: bounded towards the north-east by Crown
Lands, eleven hundred and forty-five (1145) links;
towards the south-east by Crown Lands, two hundred and
ninety-two (292) links; towards the south-west by Bed-
ford street, eleven hundred and forty-five (1145) links;
towards the north-west by section one (1.) two hundred
and ninety-two (292) links, be set apart as an endowment

NOTICE.
Of certain lands at Balclutha, in the Province of Otago,
having been set apart as an endowment for the Munici-
pality of Balclutha.
By His Honor George Turnbull, Esquire, Deputy-Super-
intendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have,
under and by virtue of section 160 of "The Otago
Waste Lands Act, 1872," recommended that the land
hereinafter described be set apart as an endowment for
the Municipality of Balclutha; and it is expedient that
the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose.
Now, therefore, I, George Turnbull, Deputy-Superinten-
dent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise
of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf,
do hereby publish and declare that I have made and
dedicated the lands hereinafter described, an endowment
for the Municipality of Balclutha: that is to say—
Sections 9 and 19, block III.
Sections 8 and 18, block IV.
Section 14, block VII.
Section 10, block VIII, Balclutha District.
Dated at Dunedin this 16th day of September, 1875.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have,
under and by virtue of Section 3 of "The Otago
Reserves Act, 1875," recommended that the lands herein-
after described be set aside and reserved as sites
for Educational Buildings: and it is expedient that
said lands be so set aside and reserved for that
purpose. Now, therefore, I, George Turnbull, Deputy-
Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance
and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in
this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have
made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described, as
reserves for sites for Educational Buildings: that is to
say—
Section 4 of 39, block II., Maungatua.
Section 29, block IV., Table Hill District.
Sections 5, 6, 7, 22, 23, 24, block II., Township of
Hyde.
Section 49, block III., Waikouaiti District.

towards the south by a public road, and towards the west
by a line at right angles to the south boundary.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have,
under and by virtue of section 16 of the "Southland
Waste Lands Act, 1865," recommended that the lands
hereinafter described should be set apart as a Gravel
Reserve; and it is expedient that the said lands shall
be so reserved for that purpose: Now, therefore, I,
George Turnbull, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province
of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and
authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish
and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands
hereinafter described a Gravel Reserve at Jacob's River
Hundred, (that is to say)—
All that parcel of land in the province of Otago, colony
of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement twenty-
three acres more or less, being numbered 32A
block IX. Jacobs River Hundred, bounded on the north
and east by the Aparima River distances of one thousand
eight hundred (1800) links and one thousand three
hundred (1300) links, more or less, on the south-west and
north-west by lagoon, being the boundary of section 32,
and on the west by section 32 five hundred (500) links
more or less.
