WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have,
under and by virtue of section 160 of the "Otago
Waste Lands Act, 1872," recommended that the land
hereinafter described should be reserved as a site for a
Public Hospital; and it is expedient that the said land
should be so reserved for that purpose: Now, therefore, I,
George Turnbull, Esquire, Deputy-Superintendent of the
Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the
power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do
hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedi-
cated the land hereinafter described as a reserve for a
site for a Public Hospital (that is to say)—
Section 12 block III, Cromwell District.
Dated at Dunedin this 16th day of September, 1875.

NOTICE.

Of certain land in Glenkenich District in the Province of
Otago, having been set apart as a Cemetery Reserve.
By His Honor George Turnbull, Esquire, Deputy-
Superintendent of the Province of Otago.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have,
under and by virtue of section 160 of the "Otago
Waste Lands Act, 1872," recommended that the Lands
hereinafter described should be reserved as a Public
Cemetery, and it is expedient that the said lands should
be so reserved for that purpose: Now, therefore, I
George Turnbull, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province
of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and au-
thority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim
and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands
hereinafter described as a Public Cemetery: (that is
say)—
Section 36 block II, Glenkenich District, containing
four (4) acres three (3) roods and twenty-one (21) poles.
Dated at Dunedin this 16th day of September, 1875.

Of certain Lands in the Province of Otago having been set
apart as sites for Town Halls.
By His Honor George Turnbull, Esquire, Deputy-
Superintendent of the Province of Otago.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have,
under and by virtue of section 160 of the "Otago
Waste Lands Act 1872," recommended that the lands
hereinafter described should be reserved as sites for Town
Halls: and it is expedient that the said lands should be
so reserved for that purpose: Now, therefore, I George
Turnbull, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of
Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and au-
thority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and
declare that I have made and dedicated the lands herein-
after described as reserves for Town Halls: (that is
to say)—
Sections 2, 3, and 4, block XIV, Alexandra:
All that parcel of land in the Province of Otago, Colony
of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement three (3)
roods and nine (9) poles more or less, situate in the Town
of Oamaru, being part of section eight (8), block ninety-five
(XCV) on the map of the said town: bounded towards the
north-west by section numbered four (4), one hundred and
twenty-eight (128) links; towards the north-east by
other part of said section numbered eight (8) five hundred
and seventy-one (571) links; towards the south-east by
Thames-street one hundred and fifty-two (152) links: and
towards the south-west by Itchen-street six hundred and
seven (607) links.
Dated at Dunedin this 16th day of September, 1875.

inafter described should be reserved as sites for Athe-
næums, and it is expedient that the said lands should be
so reserved for that purpose: Now, therefore, I, George
Turnbull, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of
Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and au-
thority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and
declare that I have made and dedicated the lands herein-
after described as reserves for Athenæums: (that is
to say)—
Sections 1 and 2, block XVII, Roxburgh.
Section 7, block XXXI, Queenstown.
Section 16, block IX, Township of Greytown.
Section 10, block I, Waihola Township.
Dated at Dunedin this 16th day of September, 1875.

having been set apart as an endowment for the Munici-
pality of Arrowtown.
By His Honor George Turnbull, Esquire, Deputy-
Superintendent of the Province of Otago.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have under
and by virtue of section 160 of the "Otago Waste
Lands Act 1872," recommended that the lands hereinafter
described should be set apart as an endowment for the
Municipality of Arrowtown: and it is expedient that the
said lands should be so reserved for that purpose. Now,
therefore, I, George Turnbull, Deputy-Superintendent of
the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the
power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do
hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedi-
cated the lands hereinafter described as an endowment for
the Municipality of Arrowtown: (that is to say)—
All that area, containing by admeasurement sixteen
(16) poles, more or less, being section 1, block XXV, on
the map of the Town of Arrowtown, bounded towards
the north-west by Crown Lands, two hundred and fifty
(250) links; towards the north-east by a street line, forty-
six (46) links; towards the south-east by Buckingham
street, two hundred and fifteen (215) links; and towards
the south-west by Buckingham street, sixty-three (63)
links:
All that area, containing by admeasurement one (1)
acre and twenty-two (22) poles, more or less, being sec-
tion numbered 25, block IX., on the map of the Town of
Arrowtown: bounded towards the north-east by the
north-west by the Arrow River, eleven hundred and ten
(1110) links; towards the south-east by Wiltshire street,
three hundred and ten (310) links; towards the south-
west by a street line twenty-seven (27) links wide, nine
hundred and ten (910) links:
All that area, containing by admeasurement two (2)
acres, one (1) rood, and twenty (20) poles, being section
5, block XXVIII, on the map of the Town of Arrow-
town: bounded towards the north and north-east by
Carnarvon street, eight hundred and forty (840) links;
towards the south-east by sections 1, 2, 3, and 4, four
hundred and thirty and a-half (430½) links; towards the
south-west by Durham street, seven hundred and forty
(740) links:
All that area, containing by admeasurement two (2)
acres, ten (10) poles, more or less, being section 10, block
XIX., on the map of the Town of Arrowtown: bounded
towards the north-east by Durham street, five hundred
and twelve (512) links; towards the south-east by section
one (1), and Crown Lands, four hundred and seventy-three
(473) links; towards the south-west by Crown Lands, six
hundred and thirty-five (635) links; and towards the
north-west by a street line, three hundred (300) links:
All that area, containing by admeasurement three (3)
acres, and twenty-eight (28) poles, more or less, being
section 7, block XX., on the map of the Town of Arrow-
town: bounded towards the north-east by Hertford
street, seven hundred and seventy-five (775) links; to-
wards the south-east by Cardigan street, seventy-six (76)
links; towards the north-east by Cardigan street, two
hundred and fifty-four (254) links; towards the south by
