The following Sections will be open for application, at £1 per Acre, in the Waipahee and Waikaka Districts, on the Tuesday, the 14th September, 1875, at Dunedin Land Office only, having a gross area of 8,400 acres, when surveys of the same will be approved.

NOTICE is hereby given that Sections 1 and 2, Block XXII., Roxburgh, will be offered for Sale by Public Auction, at the Survey Office, Clyde, on Friday, the 1st October, 1875, at noon, at the upset price of £5 per section, with valuations for improvements to the extent of £150 on each.

RUN 461.—1ST OCTOBER, 1875.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Lease for ten years of Run 461, containing 2000 acres, will be offered for Sale by Public Auction, at the Survey office, Clyde, on the 1st day of October next, at noon, in terms of the "Otago Waste Lands Act, 1872." Rental to be an assessment of 3s. 6d. for every head of great cattle, or 7d. for every head of small cattle, but the minimum stock on which assessment is chargeable shall not be less than 300 sheep. The Lease to commence on the 1st day of October, 1875. The deposit of one-tenth of the purchase money shall be payable at the fall of the hammer, the balance within a month from date of sale.

DEFERRED PAYMENTS.

TUESDAY, 5TH OCTOBER, 1875.

NOTICE is hereby Given, that the following sections in Greenvale, Highlay, and Dart Districts, will be open for application on Deferred Payments, on Tuesday, the 5th day of October, 1875. Applications must be made by the applicants in person, at any Land Office in the Province, and a deposit of 1s 3d per acre paid at the time of making the application, being the first half-year's occupation fee. The purchase money is payable at the rate of 2s 6d per acre per annum for ten years.
