Applications must be made by the applicant in person, at any Land Office in the Province, and a deposit of 1s. 3d. per acre paid at the time of making the application, being the first half-year's occupation fee. The purchase money is payable at the rate of 2s. 6d. per acre, per annum, for ten years.
