Civil Business, will be holden at the Supreme Court at Dunedin, on Monday, the 5th day of July next, at the hour of 10 o\'clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances, or otherwise, to appear as prosecutors, plaintiffs, defendants, or witnesses, are required to give their attendance.

For trespassing in government paddock, Wai Keri Keri Valley, and in default of the above-named bull being released, he will be sold on Friday, the 2nd day of July, 1875, at 12 o\'clock noon, at the Leaning Rock Clyde pound.

Owners unknown. For trespassing on district roads, for which no damages are claimed; and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the public pound at Lovels Flat, on Friday, the second day of July, 1875, at twelve o\'clock noon.
