TENDERS WANTED, by the Corstorphine Subdivision of Suburban Road Board, for spreading 359 yards of road metal. The Board will meet at J. Dempster's to show the work on Monday, the 14th June, at 2 o'clock p.m. Specifications to be seen with P. McLaren. Tenders to be lodged with John Wilson or John Dempster, on or before Tuesday, the 15th June. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

THE DUNEDIN WATER WORKS.
To Plumbers and Others.
NOTICE is hereby Given, that on the 28th day of April, 1875, the Council of the City of Dunedin enacted a Bye-law, under the provisions of the "Dunedin Water Works Act, 1874," for regulating the mode, form, strength, material, construction, and arrangement of pipes and other works, supplying water from the pipes of the Corporation to adjacent premises, &c., &c., and that the aforesaid Bye-law provides for a penalty up to £10 in respect of any infringement of the provisions thereof.
Copies of the Bye-law may be obtained at the Council Chambers, Manse street.

NOTICE TO MAKE FENCE.
To John Paul Carruthers, owner of section 23, block I., Waikouaiti District.
TAKE NOTICE, that we desire that the boundary or separating fence between sections 23 and 22 of block I., Waikouaiti District aforesaid, be made immediately, and that such fence shall be a fence of posts and six wires, with posts not more than eight feet apart inserted not less than two feet into the ground, the upper wire to be not less than four feet three inches from the ground.

TAKE NOTICE, that I desire that the boundary or separating fence between sections 5, 6, 8, 9, and sections 2, 3, 4, block X., Waikaka District, be made on or before the 1st day of September next, said fence to consist of stakes with four wires, three sod bank, and double ditch.
