NOTICE is hereby Given, that Run No. 460, estimated extent 9000 acres, bounded on the east-south-west by forest, and on the north by forest, and open country towards the north and west end thereof, will be leased to the applicant, Archibald Cameron, unless objections to the same are lodged previous to Monday, the 23rd day of August next, under clause 156, "Otago Waste Lands Act, 1872."

NOTICE to Applicants for Unsurveyed Land.
"Otago Waste Land Act, 1872."—It is hereby notified to the Applicants whose names appear in the subjoined Schedule, that they have been declared to be the purchasers of the sections set opposite their names in the Schedule, and that the purchase money of these Sections must be paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue in Dunedin, on or before Wednesday, the 23rd day

of June, 1875, otherwise the applications will be deemed withdrawn, cancelled and void, and the deposit made at the time of lodging the application will be forfeited.

NOTICE is hereby Given, that objections (if any) will be received at the Land Office, Dunedin, on or before Tuesday, the 13th July, 1875, to application 676d, for purchase of section 108, block V., containing 50 acres, and application 677d, for section 101, block V., containing 40 acres, situated in Waitahuna East District.

THE undermentioned Lessees of Gold Mining Leases having failed to comply with the provisions of the regulations under Exception (f) from Gold Mining leases, which requires true and accurate half-yearly returns in the form of the Schedule marked G in the Gold Mining lease regulations to be made to the Warden.

Notice is hereby Given, that their leases have been cancelled, and the land held under them is open for occupation by holders of Miner\'s Rights, &c.
