DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between John Lamb Soutter, Walter Hislop, and James Gray, in the business of General Merchants, carried on by them at Milton, in the Province of Otago, under the style or firm of "Soutter, Hislop, and Gray," has this day been dissolved by mutual consent, so far as concerns the said Walter Hislop, and that all debts and liabilities of the said late firm will be paid by the said John Lamb Soutter and James Gray, who will receive all debts and assets due to the said late firm and continue to carry on the said business under the style or firm of "Soutter and Gray."

IT is hereby notified to the Applicants whose names appear in the subjoined Schedule, that they have been declared to be the purchasers of the sections set opposite their names in the Schedule, and that the purchase money of these Sections must be paid to the Receivers of Land Revenue in Dunedin and Invercargill, on or before Wednesday, the 2nd day of June, 1875, otherwise the applications will be deemed withdrawn, cancelled and void, and the deposit made at the time of lodging the application will be forfeited.
