A map of the proposed line of road may be seen by all interested parties at the store of Messrs. M'Gibbon and Sons, Mataura Bridge.
All parties opposed to the opening of the above line of road are hereby required to set forth in writing—addressed to the Clerk of the Board, within forty days from publication in this Gazette—all objections which they may have to the proposed line of road.

HAMPDEN ROAD BOARD.
NOTICE.—Ratepayers are requested to pay the amount of their rates to me on or before the 29th inst. For convenience of ratepayers, I will attend for the purpose of receiving payment of assessment, at the office of the Board, Hampden, on Saturdays, the 15th 22nd, and 29th, May inst., from 3 to 7 p.m.

CLUTHA DISTRICT ROAD BOARD.
NOMINATION DAY.
A MEETING of Ratepayers will be held at the Office, Warepa, on Saturday, 22nd May, at noon, for the purpose of nominating one Ratepayer, to fill the vacant seat at the Board, caused by the retirement of Mr Sandilands. A poll if demanded will take place at noon, on Thursday, 10th June, 1875.

NOTICE.
A MEETING of Ratepayers in the respective Subdivisions of the Portobello Road District entitled to vote at the ensuing election, will be held on Wednesday, the 2nd of June prox., at 12 o'clock, to nominate candidates for election, in the place of those retiring from office. Places of meeting as follows:
Portobello Schoolhouse ... W. A. Wilson
Broad Bay ... W. Anderson
Sandymount ... George Boyles
In the event of a Poll being demanded, it will be held in the above places on Thursday the 10th of June, from 10 a.m. till 4 p.m.

FRESH Tenders are called by the Blueskin Road Board, until noon of Monday, 31st May, for works on the Purakanui Road. Road to be widened sixteen feet. Messrs. Driver and Horn will shew the works on Saturday the 29th. Specifications may be seen at Mr. Driver's.

TUTURAU ROAD BOARD.
FRESH Tenders will be received by the Chairman of the above Board until noon of Saturday, the 12th June, 1875, for formation, culvert, and gravelling, near Mr. Crombie's; also for sundry works on road which passes Tuturau School-house, where specifications for the whole of the work may be seen. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

WE hereby give Notice, that we intend to construct a Water Race for irrigation and agricultural purposes, commencing at a point on north side of Obelisk Creek, one quarter of a mile west of the Falls, and terminating at our farm, being section 28, block I., Cairn Hill Distric
The length of such race is three quarters of a mile, or thereabouts, and its intended course is east and west.
The mean depth and breadth of such race is two feet by one foot, and it is capable of carrying two sluice heads of water.

TAKE NOTICE, that I DESIRE the boundary or dividing fence between sections 5 and 4, block I., South Molyneux District, to be put up at once, or within one month from this date; the said fence to consist of posts with four wires, and double ditch and bank.

NOTICE is hereby given that the business heretofore carried on by Matthew Instone, David Murchie, and John Concher, at Riverton, in Otago, as saw millers and timber merchants, under the firm of "Concher and Company," was dissolved on or about the 26th day of September last, by mutual consent, so far as regards the said John Concher who assigned his interest to Caleb Small, and that the said business in future will be carried on by the said Matthew Instone, David Murchie, and Caleb Small, under the firm of "Small and Company," who are authorised to receive all debts owing to the late firm, and who will pay all the liabilities of the late firm of Concher and Company.
