TAKE NOTICE that I desire that the boundary or dividing fence between Sections 37 and 23, Block I., Akatore, be put up at once, or within a month from date, said fence to consist of posts, with four wires, and double ditch.

NOTICE TO MAKE FENCE.
To Owners of Sections Nos. 43, 46, and 47, Block VIII., Invercargill Hundred.
TAKE NOTICE, that I desire the dividing or separating fence between the above-named Sections and Sections 40, 41, and 42, same block, be made immediately, and that the said fence shall be sod wall, not less than 4 feet 6 inches at base, 6 feet 6 inches high, with double ditch 3 feet wide and 2 feet deep on each side of such fence.

IMPOUNDED, on the 29th day of January, 1875, by Inspector of Nuisances:
One chestnut gelding, white spot on nose and forehead, and branded like IO on near shoulder.
Owner unknown, for trespassing on streets of Invercargill, for which no charge is made; and in default of being released, the above will be sold at the public Pound at Invercargill, on Tuesday, the 23rd day of February, 1875, at twelve o’clock noon.

IMPOUNDED, on the 11th day of February, 1875, by Frank Coleman:
One yellow and white heifer, branded WB on off ribs.
One red and white heifer, branded WB on off ribs.
One strawberry heifer, branded WB on off ribs, supposed to belong to William Brown, farmer, Tuaeri, for trespassing on Gladbrook farm, for which the sum of three pounds sterling is claimed; and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound at Matauraes, on Friday, the 12th day of March, 1875, at twelve o’clock noon.

IMPOUNDED, on the 10th day of February, 1875, by Mounted Constable Rooney, Blueskin, for wandering at large in Blueskin:
1 Grey Mare, branded with a heart on the near side of neck.
1 Bay Filly, little white in face, no visible brand, owners unknown. Ten shillings per head is claimed to defray expenses incurred in driving to pound; and in default of being released, the above mare and filly will be sold at the public pound at Blueskin on Friday, the 5th day of March, 1875, at 12 o’clock noon.

IMPOUNDED in the Oamaru Pound, on the 30th day of January, 1875, by Arthur Toms, Inspector of Nuisances:
1 Bay Saddle Mare, branded like U near shoulder, star on forehead.
Owner unknown, for going at large in the town, and in default of being released, the above Mare will be sold at the public pound at Oamaru, on Friday, the 19th day of February, 1875, at 12 o’clock noon.
