IMPOUNDED
On the 8th January, 1875, by order of Wm. Young, Esq., Ardgowan—
1 Draught Brown Mare, branded like G H near shoulder, small star on forehead; also 1 Brown Saddle Mare, no visible brand, white stripe across brisket, or lower part of neck,
owner unknown, for trespassing in Ardgowan paddocks, for which 10s. damages each is claimed, and in default of being released, the above horses will be sold at the public pound at Oamaru, on Friday, 29th January, 1875, at 12 o’clock noon.

One dark brown horse, branded C on near shoulder, hind feet white.
Owners unknown, for trespassing on his property, for which no damages are claimed, and in default of being released, the above horse will be sold at the public Pound at Tapanui, on Friday, the 29th day of January, 1875, at twelve o’clock noon.

IMPOUNDED, on the 7th day of January, 1875, by John M’Farlane, Glenkenich—
LOST, a Bay Mare, from Mr. Barr’s, Paddock, Kai-korai, branded W on near shoulder, 2 blazes in face, and white blotch on rump. 30s. reward will be paid to any person returning same to Mr. Barr, Kaikorai, or Mr. Connew, Dunstan.
