NOTICE to applicants for Unsurveyed Land, under "Otago Waste Land Act, 1872."—It is hereby notified to the applicant whose name appears in the subjoined Schedule, that he has been declared to be the purchaser of the Section set opposite his name in the Schedule, and that the purchase money of that Section must be paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue in Invercargill, on or before Wednesday, the 27th day of January, 1875, otherwise the application will be deemed withdrawn, cancelled, and void, and the deposit made at the time of lodging the application will be forfeited.
