TOWNSHIP OF PURAKANUI
(Near Port Chalmers).
MONDAY, 6TH MARCH, 1876.
NOTICE is hereby GIVEN, that the undermentioned sections in the Township of Purakanui—situated on the sea coast about four miles north of Port Chalmers, and within half a mile of the Northern Railway line—will be offered for sale by public auction, on Monday, 6th March next, at noon, at the Land Office, Dunedin, at the upset price of £5 per section. All areas above one rood to be offered at the upset price of £5 the quarter acre.
Sections 1 to 49, block I; sections 1 to 43, block II; sections 1 to 77, block III.

To the Owners of Sections 1, 63, 79, Block VII, Tuturau District, and Section 10, Block V.
TAKE NOTICE, that I desire that the boundary fences between the above mentioned sections and sections 52, 97, in the same blocks and district, be erected immediately, said fence to consist of 6 posts to the chain, 3 wires and sod bank 2½ feet high, double ditch.

EDUCATION MEETINGS.
NOTICE is hereby Given, that the annual Statutory Meeting of the Owners and Occupiers of Land and Householders in each Educational District, for the Election of a new School Committee, and for the other purposes specified by Ordinance, will be held on Monday, the 10th day of January, 1876, at 7 o\'clock p.m., at the following-mentioned places respectively, viz.:—
At Dunedin in the Normal School, Moray Place.
At Tokomairiro, in the Grammar School, Milton.
At Oamaru, in the Grammar School.
At Invercargill, in the Grammar School.
And in the respective School-houses or buildings, used as School-houses, in the following mentioned districts, viz.:—Port Chalmers, Portobello, North-East Harbor, Anderson\'s Bay, North-East Valley, Wakari, Kaikorai, Mornington, Caversham, Green Island, East Taieri, Saddle Hill, North Taieri, Lake Waipori, Waibola, Balclutha, Warepa, Kaihiku, Blueskin, Waikouaiti, Hampden, Otepopo, Oamaru, Lawrence, Queenstown, Waihola Gorge, West Taieri, Maungatua, Clyde, Alexandra, Naseby (Mt. Ida), Palmerston, Waitahuna, Port Molyneux, Pleasant River, Arrowtown, Cromwell, East Clutha, Waitepeka, Inch Clutha, Kaitangata, Switzers, Teviot, Waipori, Invercargill, Long Bush, Wallace-town, Campbelltown, Woodlands, Waiawina, Flint\'s Bush, Myross Bush, Winton, Gummie\'s Bush, One Tree Point, Riverton, Waikivi, Outram, Kensington, Forbury, Mosgiel, Wairuna, Clinton, and Havelock.
