WARRANT
Appointing a Commissioner of Southland Waste Lands Board.

WHEREAS a Board has been established under the Southland Waste Lands Act, 1865, called the Waste Land Board: And Whereas, by the 6th section of the said Act it is provided that the said Board is to consist of one Chief Commissioner, and of not less than three, nor more than five, other Commissioners, all of whom shall be appointed and be removable by warrant under the hand of the Superintendent:

Now, therefore, I, James Macandrew, in exercise of the powers vested in me by the said Southland Waste Lands Act, 1865, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby nominate and appoint:

William Wood, Esquire,
to be a Commissioner of the said Waste Land Board established under the said Act.
