1st JANUARY, 1875.

NOTICE is hereby Given, that sections 21, 23, 26, and 29, block II, Glenkenich District, and sections 3, 5, 7, and 11, block VIII, Greenvale District, will be open for application under the deferred payment system, on and after the 7th day of January next. Applications may be lodged either at the District Land Office, at Lawrence, or at Land Office, Dunedin.

A deposit of One Shilling and Threepence per acre on the land applied for must be made on application.

Sections 20, 20a, 22, 24, 25, 27, 28, 30, 31, 32, 33, and 34, block II, Glenkenich District, and sections 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, and 14, block 8, Greenvale District, will be sold as land of special value, under the 85th clause of the “Otago Waste Lands Act, 1872,” at the Survey Office, Lawrence, on Tuesday, 23rd February next, at noon, at the upset price of £1 2s. 6d per acre, subject to valuation for improvements effected thereon.
