North Taieri, Outram, Palmerston, Roslyn, Seaside, South Molyneux, Taieri, and Waikouaiti Road Boards, that unless they immediately furnish the account of Receipts and Disbursements for the year ended on the 30th June, 1874, on the printed form furnished for the purpose, they will be debarred from participating in any Subsidy that may be granted by the General or Provincial Governments for the year ending 30th June, 1875.

TENDERS will be received at the Office of the Secretary for Works until noon of Thursday, 17th Dec., 1874, for—

Contracts Nos. 1009 and 1010—Excavating new channel for the Silverstream.

Plans and specifications may be seen, and forms of tender obtained at the Office of the Provincial Engineer, Dunedin, and at Post Office, Mosgiel.

Tenders to be endorsed "Tender for Contract No. 1009, or 1010, as the case may be."

The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.

TENDERS will be received at the Government Offices, Dunedin, until noon of Tuesday, 15th Dec., 1874, for the following Services of Supplies for the Provincial Government of Otago, for the year 1875. The Forage, Potato, and Bread Contracts may be terminated at half year, by either party giving a month’s previous notice:—

Funerals

Mixed Firewood: must be cut at least six months. Tenderer to state the kinds of wood he will mix, and about what quantities of each he will supply.

Provincial Coal—Green Island

English, Scotch, and Newcastle Coal, not to include supply for railways

Rations and Medical Comforts (exclusive of Bread) for Hospital, Lunatic Asylum, and, if required, Immigration Depot

Milk for Hospital and Asylum.

Meat for Industrial School

Potatoes

Stationery

The names of the Sureties must be lodged with the Tender, and it must be shown at the same time that the Sureties consent.

Schedules for tendering may be had from the Government Storekeeper after the 8th December.

Accounts to be rendered on the 25th of each month, and all items against a Department to be put into one account.

The Government will not be bound to accept any tender.

TENDERS will be received at the Office of the Secretary for Lands and Works until noon of Tuesday, 8th December, 1874, for—

Contract No. 1007.—Construction of two Jetties, Kaitangata.

Plans and specifications may be seen, and forms of tender obtained, at the Office of the Provincial Engineer, Dunedin, and at Police Camp, Balclutha.

Tenders to be indorsed "Tender for Contract No. 1007."
