THE Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned as Photographers at the London Portrait Rooms Dunedin and Invercargill under the style of Irwin and Mussen has been dissolved by mutual consent from the 12th day of October instant.
The undersigned Fredrick Henry Irwin will continue to carry on the business in Dunedin solely, and will receive and pay all accounts due to and by the Dunedin branch of the late partnership firm.
The undersigned Thomas Timms Mussen will continue to carry on the business in Invercargill solely, and will receive and pay all accounts due to and by the Invercargill branch of the late partnership firm.

NOTICE TO MAKE A FENCE.
To MR. FINLAY M’KAY, or owner of Sections 32, 33, and 36, Block 1, Tuturau Hundred,
TAKE NOTICE that I desire that the boundary of a Separating Fence between Section 6, Block 1, Tuturau Hundred, and the above-mentioned Sections be made immediately; and that such fence be constructed in accordance with description No. 1, Schedule B, of the Fencing Ordinance.

One red and white cow, club brand off rump, blotch off ribs.
One white bull calf, unbranded, progeny of above.
Owner unknown, for trespassing on growing crop, for which no damage is claimed, and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the public pound at Otepopo, on Friday, the 20th day of November, 1874, at twelve o’clock noon.

Owners unknown. For wandering at large in the town of Blueskin, for which one shilling per head is claimed to defray driving expenses, and in default of being released the above cattle will be sold at the public pound at Blueskin, on the 13th day of November, 1874, at 12 o’clock noon.
