The special attention of agriculturalists is called to the leasing of these Educational Reserves in Southland, most of which are first class agricultural land, several of them adjoining the lines of railway now under construction.

2500 ACRES OF LAND for Sale on Deferred Payments on Bellamy Station, Tuapeka.

Notice is hereby given that Sections 11, 12, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 40, 41, 42, Block I; Sections 31, 32, 43, 44, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, and 59, Block III, Tuapeka West District, will be open for application on deferred payments on Tuesday, the 3rd day of November, 1874.

Applications must be made by the applicant in person, at any Land Office in the Province, and a deposit of 1s 3d per acre paid at the time of making application, being the first half-year's occupation fee.

The purchase money is payable at the rate of 2s 6d per annum for 10 years.

Plans to be seen, and lithographs obtained, at Dunedin and Lawrence.

3300 ACRES OF LAND to be Open for Sale on Bellamy Station, Tuapeka.

NOTICE is hereby Given, that the Lease for ten years of the undermentioned runs will be offered for sale by public auction, at the Survey Office, Queenstown, on Monday, the 9th day of November next, at noon, in terms of the “Otago Waste Lands Act, 1872,” at the upset price of halfpenny per acre, rental to be an assessment of 3s. 6d. for every head of great cattle, or 7d. for every head of small cattle to be depastured on the runs; but the minimum stock on which assessment shall be charged shall not be less than the number set opposite.
