BRIDGE OVER ORETI RIVER.

TENDERS will be received at the Office of the Secretary for Works until noon of Tuesday, 20th October 1874, for—

Contract No. 981, Erection of Timber Bridge over the Oreti River at Winton.

Plans and specifications may be seen and forms of tender obtained at the office of the Provincial Engineer, Dunedin, and at District Engineer’s Office, Invercargill.

GRAVELLING CONTRACTS, PALMERSTON TO OAMARU.

TENDERS will be received at the office of the Secretary for Works, until noon of Tuesday, 6th October, 1874, for—

Contract Nos. 967 and 968.

No. 967—Gravelling 90 chains of road between Shag River and Horse Range.

No. 968—Gravelling 50 chains of road from Horse Range towards Hampden.

Plans and specifications may be seen and forms of tender obtained at the office of the Provincial Engineer, Dunedin, and at Police Camp, Palmerston.

Tenders to be indorsed “Tender for Contract No. 967,” or “968,” as the case may be. The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.

BRIDGES

FRESH Tenders will be received at the Office of the Secretary for Works, until noon of Tuesday, 13th October, 1874, for—

Contracts Nos. 957, 958, 959, 960, and 961—Construction of Stone and Timber Bridges on road Clutha to Mataura between Clinton and Mataura Bridge.

Plans and specifications may be seen, and forms of tender obtained at the office of the Provincial Engineer, Dunedin, and at District Engineer’s Office, Invercargill.

Tenders to be endorsed “Tender for Contract No. 957, 958, 959, 960, and 961,” as the case may be.

The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.
