THE North East Valley Road Board, in accordance with clause 31 part 7 of the Highway Boards Empowering Act, having heard and decided upon all objections lodged against the taking a deviation of Branch Road through a portion of Section 43 b. IX., North Harbour and Blueskin, have resolved to proceed with the said Road as per plans and specifications in terms of Clause 33, part 7, the Highway Boards Empowering Act, together with the Lands Consolidation Act.
