for that purpose under the Southland Waste Lands Act, Amendment Act, 1873, have furnished to him the description of the boundaries of the land classified by them as Agricultural Land and as Pastoral Land respectively, pursuant to the provision of the said Act; and that copies of such description have been deposited at the Land Office in Dunedin, and at the Land Office, Invercargill, where the same may be inspected by the public at any time during office hours; and further that the said description of boundaries will be published in the Otago Provincial Government Gazette on Wednesday, the 20th day of May next, on and after which date the whole of the land therein described will be open for sale, except such parts thereof as may be reserved.

NOTICE is hereby given that the lately reclaimed land sections Nos. 1 to 7, block LII, Dunedin, containing upwards of 1 rood each, suitable for manufacturing purposes, and adjacent to the Railway Station, will be offered for sale, under special conditions, by public auction, by Mr. James Milner, at the Land Office, Dunedin, at noon on Tuesday, the 19th day of May, 1874. For terms and conditions apply at the office of the Secretary for Works on and after Monday, the 20th April, 1874.

NOTICE TO APPLICANTS FOR UNSURVEYED LAND,

Under “Otago Waste Land Act, 1872.”

IT is hereby notified to the applicants whose names appear in the subjoined Schedule, that they have been declared to be the purchasers of the Sections set opposite their names in the Schedule, and that the purchase money of these sections must be paid to the Receivers of Land Revenue at Dunedin and Invercargill, as under, on or before Wednesday, the 20th day of May, 1874, otherwise the applications will be deemed withdrawn, cancelled and void, and the deposit made at the time of lodging the application will be forfeited.
