WAIPORI DISTRICT ROAD BOARD.
FRESH TENDERS are invited by the Board, up till noon on Saturday the 25th April, for several Contracts in the above District, including Bridges, Metal, and formation.
Plans and specifications can be seen for the works in each sub-division as under:—
- Maungatua—At the Post Office, Maungatua.
- Clarendon—At the Post Office, Lake Waipori.
- Waihola West—At Mr. Joseph Graham’s
Tenders to be addressed to the Chairman, Lake Waipori Post Office.
The Board does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.

CITY OF DUNEDIN.
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby Given, that the Assessment of all buildings, lands, tenements, and hereditaments within the City of Dunedin, as authorised by the “Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1865,” and the “Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance Amendment Ordinance, 1872,” for the year ending December 31st, 1874, as allowed by the Council of the said City on the 4th day of March, 1874, was, on the 8th day of April, 1874, amended by the said Council in certain particulars, and that the Assessment so amended is deposited, and may be daily inspected, at the Town Clerk’s Office, in Manse-street, in the said City, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., by any person interested therein.

NOTICE is Hereby Given to the Ratepayers of the Portobello, Broad Bay, and Sandymount Sub-divisions, that the Voters’ Lists for the year ending 1874, can be inspected at my residence during the month of April, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., (Sundays excepted) and any ratepayer whose name may have been omitted, and claiming to be inserted on the Voters’ Lists, are required to make application in writing in the form of schedule No. 6, as per “Roads Ordinance, 1871.”

TENDERS wanted by the Suburban Road Board for spreading 556 yards of Broken Metal. The Board will meet at the House of John Dempster, to show the work, on Friday, the 17th April, at Two o’clock. Specifications to be seen at John Dempster’s house. Tenders to be lodged with J. Dempster and P. McLaren, on or before Monday, the 20th April. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
