Land on Deferred Payments near Hyde.
MONDAY, 20th April, 1874.
Notice is hereby given that a block of 2000 acres of agricultural land, in Rock and Pillar District, will be surveyed into suitable sections, and opened for application on deferred payments, at the District Land Office, Naseby, on the 20th of April, 1874. The block lies to the east of the town of Hyde, and on the Taieri River, south of the Cap Burn, the main road passing through part of it.
Price, 2s. 6d. per acre per annum for ten years, with certain conditions as to improvement.
Applications require to be made personally, and a deposit of 1s. 3d. per acre paid.
