LEASE OF TOLLS.
THE Tolls, for the Year from 1st April 1874 to 31st March 1875, of the various Tolls throughout the Province, will be sold by public auction, at the Provincial Government Buildings, on the 20th day of March, at noon.
The following are the different gates and the amounts received by the Government for the year ended 31st December last:—

PORT CHALMERS WATERWORKS.
TENDERS are invited for the construction of the above works, according to plans and specifications to be seen at the Engineer’s office, Port Chalmers. Tenders, marked outside “Tender for Waterworks,” to be addressed to the Corporation Engineer, C. D. Irvine, Esq., Port Chalmers, not later than the 28th February, 1874. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE Partnership hitherto existing between William Howell and William Edward Hay, as Cabinet-makers, under the style of “Howell and Hay,” was this day dissolved by mutual consent.
All monies due to or by the late firm will be received and paid by William Edward Hay, who will, for the future, carry on the business solely on his own account.

NOTICE TO IMMIGRANTS.
THE Government having determined to wind up all outstanding accounts due by Immigrants for passage money, intimation is hereby given to all those in arrear, that unless payment is made on or before the 1st day of March next, the Provincial Solicitor will be instructed to take proceedings in order to enforce a settlement.
Parties not in a position to pay in full, or who wish an extension of time, are requested to apply personally, or forward particulars of their cases to the Treasury before the above date.
FREE Nominated Immigration.—Forms of application and Regulations may be obtained at of any the School-houses and Police Offices out of Dunedin.
NOTICES for Gazette, other than those connected with Road Boards, must be paid before the same are inserted.
GAZETTE.—Complaints regarding the non-delivery, &c., addressed to me are immediately attended to, although no replies are sent to persons making the complaint.
