IMPOUNDED.

On the 4th day of February, 1874, by Tosh & Cosens, of Balclutha—

One dark chesnut pony mare, branded like A, the centre top space blotched, shod, and appears to be broken in.

Owner unknown; for trespassing in Tosh and Cosens’ paddock, and for which 7s. 6d. damages is claimed; and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the public pound at Balclutha, on Friday, the 27th day of February, 1874, at 12 o’clock noon.

On February 6th, 1874, by A. Bruce, Ranger for the Otepopo Road Board, for trespassing on District Roads—

1 strawberry cow, no visible brand;
1 roan bull calf, no brand, progeny of above;
1 white cow, no visible brand;
1 roan heifer calf, no brand, progeny of above;

For which 10s. damages are claimed. In default of being released the above cattle will be sold at the public Pound, Otepopo, on the 6th March, at 12 o’clock noon.

One chesnut mare, W R near shoulder, and snipe on nose.

Owner unknown, for trespassing on his crops, for which 15s. is charged; and in default of being released, the above mare will be sold at the public pound at Lawrence, on the 27th day of February, 1874, at 12 o’clock noon.
