And whereas it is expedient to revoke the said Regulations.
Now therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Province, by virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by "The Goldfields Act, 1866," and of every or any other power in anywise in this behalf enabling me, do hereby revoke all Regulations heretofore made for the depasturing of stock upon the land described in the Schedule hereto.
Schedule
All that area in the Province of Otago, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by estimation 537,200 acres, more or less, situate in the Interior Pastoral District, being Runs numbered respectively 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25 on the map of the said district; bounded by a line commencing at Mount Cunningham, and proceeding in a straight line to Mount Tyndall; thence due east to a point due north of the source of the Shiel Burn; thence by a line due south to a point due west of Black Peak; thence due east to Black Peak; thence along the watershed to Treble Cone; thence in a southerly direction along the western boundaries of Runs numbered respectively 444, 334, and 340, to the source of the south branch of the Motatapu; thence in an easterly direction over Cardrona Mountain to the source of Boundary Creek; thence along that creek to the Cardrona River; thence in a southerly direction along the western boundary of Run 340 to the Kawarau River; thence in a westerly direction along the Kawarau River to Queenstown; thence in a southerly direction across the Wakatipu Lake and along the western shore of that lake to Run 420; thence along the north-western boundary of that Run to Run 438; thence along the eastern boundaries of Runs 438 and 324 to the Wakatipu Lake; thence across that lake and along its eastern shore to Run 346; thence along the eastern boundary of that Run to Stair Peak; thence in a north-westerly direction across Rees River to the Forest; thence in a northerly direction along the edge of the Forest to a point due east of Mount Cunningham; thence to Mount Cunningham, the starting point.
Given under my hand, and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Otago, in presence of GrOVER MURRAY WEBSTER and HORACE BASTINGS, Esquires, two of the members of the Executive Council of the said Province, being also members of the Provincial Council thereof, this twenty-first day of February, One thousand eight hundred and seventy-four.

NOTIFICATION
Of the Establishment of a Pound in Mataura Hundred
NOTICE is hereby Given, that by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Impounding Ordinance 1872, I have established a Pound, situate on sections 8 and 14, block II., Mataura Hundred, and known as the Edendale Pound, in the Province of Otago, New Zealand, and that I have appointed WILLIAM M'LAREN, of Edendale aforesaid, to be the keeper of the said Pound.

NOTICE
I JAMES MACANDREW, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, do hereby, under and by virtue of the thirty-third section of "The Highways Boards Empowering Act, 1871," and of every and any other power in anywise in this behalf enabling me, appoint Tuesday, the seventeenth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-four, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at my office at the Provincial Government Buildings, Dunedin, to be the time and place for taking into consideration an order made by the North-East Valley Road Board, directing the taking of two road lines, as follows, viz.: one road through part sections 51, 53, 55, block XI., North Harbour and Blueskin; and another road through part sections 17 and 19, North East Valley, and part section 11, block X, North Harbour and Blueskin District; and that I will then and there take into consideration all objections against such undertaking, as provided for by the said Act.
Dated at Dunedin, this third day of February, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-four.

THE Government having determined to wind up all outstanding accounts due by Immigrants for passage money, intimation is hereby given to all those in arrear that unless payment is made on or before the 1st day of March next, the Provincial Solicitor will be instructed to take proceedings in order to enforce a settlement.
Parties not in a position to pay in full, or who wish an extension of time, are requested to apply personally, or forward particulars of their cases to the Treasury before the above date.
