CITY OF DUNEDIN.—PUBLIC NOTICE.

In the matter of ROBERT WILSON, of Dunedin, Contractor, lately deceased.

NOTICE is hereby given that unless the personal representatives of the above deceased Robert Wilson, who hold a contract under the Corporation of the City for Forming and Metalling portions of York Place, Dowling-street, Smith-street, Stuart-street, and Albert-street, shall, within 21 days after the 12th of January, 1874, duly proceed with the said contract work, the Corporation of Dunedin will consider the same abandoned, and will take upon themselves the completion thereof.

PORT CHALMERS WATERWORKS.

TENDERS are invited for the construction of the above works, according to plans and specifications to be seen at the Engineer’s office, Port Chalmers. Tenders, marked outside “Tender for Waterworks,” to be addressed to the Corporation Engineer, C. D. Irvine, Esq., Port Chalmers, not later than the 28th February, 1874. The lowest or any tender, not necessarily accepted.

PARTNERSHIP NOTICE.

MR. JOHN KIM’S interest in the Business carried on by Clark and Kim, Tailors and Clothiers, Balclutha, has been sold this day to Mr. James Kim, who along with Mr. Clark will continue to carry on the Business under the style of Clark and Kim as before.

Supposed owner written to, for trespassing on grass paddock at Palmerston, and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound at Palmerston on Friday, the 30th day of February, 1874, at 12 o’clock noon.
