NOTICE
Of certain Lands in the Province of Otago having been reserved for Educational purposes.
By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have under and by virtue of Section 16 of the “Southland Waste Lands Act 1865,” recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved for educational purposes; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described a reserve for educational purposes (that is to say)—
Section 2, block 3, Riverton.
Dated at Dunedin this eighth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-three.

NOTICE
Of certain Land in the Province of Otago, having been reserved as a site for an Athenæum at Riverton.
By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have under and by virtue of Section 16 of the “Southland Waste Lands Act 1865,” recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved for a site for an Athenæum at Riverton; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described a reserve for a site for an Athenæum at Riverton: (that is to say)—
Section 21, block 1, Riverton.

NOTICE
Of certain Land in the Green Hills Township, in the Province of Otago, having been reserved as a Stone Reserve for the use of the Municipality of Invercargill.
By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have under and by virtue of Section 16 of the “Southland Waste Lands Act 1865,” recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be set apart as a stone reserve; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described a stone reserve for the use of the Municipality of Invercargill: (that is to say)—
All that piece or parcel of land shown on the record map of the Green Hills Township as block IV; also the land situated between the said block and the Bluff and Invercargill Railway, together containing 6a. 2r. 16p., more or less.
Dated at Dunedin this eighth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-three.

NOTICE
Of certain Land in the Town of Queenstown, in the Province of Otago, having been reserved for Plantations.
By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have under and by virtue of Section 160 of the “Otago Waste Lands Act 1872,” recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved for plantations; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described a reserve for plantations: (that is to say)—
All that piece or parcel of land situated in the town of Queenstown, containing 3½ acres, more or less, and comprised within the following boundary lines, viz.:—Commencing at the north-western angle of the Park Reserve, where it rests upon Lake Wakatipu; thence easterly along the Park Reserve to Park street; thence northeasterly along Park street to Frankton road, 78½ links; thence northerly along Frankton road to Camp street, 313½ links; thence north-westerly along the southern side of Camp street to the eastern margin of Horne Creek and Lake Wakatipu, 1250 links, to the starting point.
