CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF DUNEDIN.
A REGULATION
made by the Council of the City of Dunedin, under the authority of Section 48, Sub-division 1, Part 10, of Schedule 13, of the “Municipal Corporations Act 1867,” entitled a Regulation “For Fixing the Rates or Fares for Hackney Carriages or Borough Stage Carriages in certain cases.”
Regulation No. XIII.
Notice is hereby given that a Regulation entitled as above, was made and passed by the Council of the said City on the third day of September, 1873, and the said Regulation as passed is deposited for the inspection of any person interested therein at the office of the said Council, in Moray street, in the said City.

LOST from Manuka Creek, Waitahuna, one dark brown colt, no brand, white star on forehead; size, a pony about twelve hands high. Whoever will return the same to Wattle Davidson, Manuka Creek, or to Mr James Goodall, Milton, will receive the above reward.

LOST from the Akatore District, one light chestnut gelding, branded JC in half circle (blotched) on the near shoulder. Any person giving information which will lead to its recovery will receive £1, and any person finding and delivering same to the undersigned will receive the above reward.

£3,500 LOAN.
THE Town Council having resolved, under the borrowing powers conferred on the Corporation by the “Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance 1865,” to contract a second loan of £3,500, sealed tenders will be received up to 3 p.m. of the 20th November, 1873, for Seventy (70) Fifty Pounds (£50) Debentures. To have a currency of twenty years from the date of issue, and bear interest at the rate of six per cent. per annum, payable half-yearly at Dunedin or Invercargill. The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

Take notice that we desire that the boundary or separating fence between sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 9, block IV, Dunedin and East Taieri District, and the above mentioned sections, be made immediately, and that such fence shall be a fence of posts and six wires, with posts not more than eight feet apart, inserted not less than two feet into the ground, the upper wire to be not less than forty-two inches from the ground, and that a bank about 3 inches high and 12 inches broad, be raised along the bottom of the fence, on which a mixture of gorse and broom will be sown.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore carried on by the undersigned as farmers at Winton, under the style of John Thomson and Sons, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent so far as regards Thomas Thomson, Robert Thomson, and David Thomson, who retire from the firm. All debts due by or to the firm will be paid or received by the continuing partners, John Thomson senior, James Thomson, John Thomson junior, and Peter Thomson.
