NOTICE to applicants for unsurveyed land, under “Otago Waste Lands Act 1872.”—It is hereby notified to the applicants whose names appear in the subjoined Schedule, that they have been declared to be the purchasers of the sections set opposite their names in the Schedule, and that the purchase money of these sections must be paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue in Dunedin, on or before Wednesday, the 22nd day of October, 1873, otherwise the applications will be deemed withdrawn, cancelled and void, and the deposit made at the time of lodging the application will be forfeited.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore carried on by the undersigned as farmers at Winton, under the style of John Thomson and Sons, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent so far as regards Thomas Thomson, Robert Thomson, and David Thomson, who retire from the firm.
