WAKATIPU DEPASTURING DISTRICT.
Notice to Stockowners.
NOTICE is hereby given to persons depasturing sheep in the Wakatipu Depasturing District, that it is the intention of the Government to subdivide the sheep country into Runs of from 5,000 to 10,000 acres each, the leases of which for seven years will be sold by public auction in January next, due notice of which will be given. Possession of the Runs to be given on the 1st April, 1874.
It is further notified that after that date no sheep will be allowed to depasture on the remaining portion of the Commonage.

ACCEPTANCE OF TENDERS.
CONTRACTS Nos. 753 and 754. The tenders of Thomas Pollock for the above contracts have been accepted for the respective sums of £916 13s 0d and £1878s 6d.
Contracts Nos. 755 and 766.—The tenders of W. Milligan for the above contracts have been accepted for the respective sums of £411 6s 4d and £2577s 9d.
Contract No. 683.—The tender of D. Kirby has been accepted for the above contract for the sum of £113 5s 9d.
