GAZETTE.—Persons to whom Gazettes are addressed,
require to arrange to take them regularly from the Post Office, as the Postmasters have been requested to forward the names and addresses upon all Gazettes not called for, in order that the same may be struck off the list.

Contract No. 759—Construction of wharf at Riverton.
Plans and specifications may be seen and forms of tender obtained at the office of the Engineer of Roads and Works, Dunedin, and at Courthouse, Riverton.
Tenders to be indorsed “Roads and Works Tender for Contract No. 759.”
The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.

Contract No. 753—Metalling of 97 chains of road commencing at end of metal, Clinton, and extending towards Waipahi, including unmetalled portion.
Contract No. 754—Metalling of 21 chains of road, Othua to Mataura, end of metal to Boundary Creek, Clinton.
Contract No. 755—Metalling of 63 chains of road Glenouru to Catlin’s River, between Main Road and Henderson’s.
Contract No. 756—Metalling of 33 chains of road Southern Trunk to Molyneux from Puerta Bridge to top of Murdock’s Hill (unmetalled portion).
Plans and specifications may be seen, and forms of tender obtained, at the office of the Engineer of Roads and Works, Dunedin.

BLUESKIN ROAD BOARD
Tenders are wanted by the above Board for falling bush on road line through sections 66 and 67, block VI, North Harbour and Blueskin. The work will be shown by Mr. Cross on Monday, September 15th, at 11 a.m. Tenders to be lodged at Post Office, Port Chalmers, not later than noon, September 20th.

Tenders will be received by the Seaside Road Board until Wednesday, the 24th September, 1873, for carting Three Hundred Yards (300 yds.) Road Metal from Jeffcoat’s Quarry to Main Road, to be laid in such places as shall be pointed out by the Foreman.
All tenders must be lodged with the Chairman, Mr. Thos. Howorth, Walton Park. The Board does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.
