NOTICE is hereby given that the remaining halves of sections 9, 10, 11, and 12, blocks 47 and 7, block 50, Tokomairiro, containing 25a each, more or less; section 37, block 1, Pomahaka district, containing 16a 2r 6p, will be offered for sale by public auction, at Mr Capstick’s auction rooms, Tokomairiro, on Monday, the first day of September next, at noon, at the upset price of 20s per acre.
IT is hereby notified that by virtue of the powers given in section 14 of the “Otago Waste Lands Act 1872,” Mr Edgar Hall Carew has been appointed to be District Land Officer for the Lawrence Land District, vice Mr Vincent Pyke.

NOTICE to applicants for unsurveyed land under “Otago Waste Lands Act 1872.”—It is hereby notified to the applicants whose names appear in the subjoined Schedule, that they have been declared to be the purchasers of the sections set opposite their names in the Schedule, and that the purchase money of those sections must be paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue in Invercargill on or before Wednesday, the 3rd day of September, 1873, otherwise the applications will be deemed withdrawn, cancelled and void, and the deposit made at the time of lodging the application will be forfeited.

NOTICE to applicants for unsurveyed land under “Otago Waste Lands Act 1866.”—The sections in the subjoined Schedule being now surveyed, the applicants are informed that the Waste Land Board will give its decision on their application at this Office on Thursday, the 4th day of September, 1873, at 12.30 o’clock noon; on or before which day, objections to the survey, if any, must be made. In the event of the applications being granted, the purchase money may be paid forthwith.
