1. The Mayor of the Municipal Corporation of Clyde shall be the Chairman of the Board of Wardens, and shall have a casting vote in cases of equality.

2. The Sheep Inspector at Clyde for the time being shall be and is hereby appointed the person to carry out the said Depasturing Regulations in the said Dunstan district.
