23rd day of June 1868, and shall have all the powers conferred on Boards of Wardens by the Depasturing Regulations of the 23rd day of June and 6th day of October 1868 respectively.

The Mayor of the Municipal Corporation of Clyde shall be the Chairman of the Board of Wardens, and shall have a casting vote in cases of equality.

The Sheep Inspector at Clyde for the time being shall be and is hereby appointed the person to carry out the said Depasturing Regulations in the said Dunstan district.

The attention of District Road Boards is again directed to section 154 of the Otago Roads Ordinance 1871, and to the notice that appeared in the Gazette of the 27th June last. The annual statement of accounts to 30th June should be sent in to this office at once.

under “Otago Waste Lands Act, 1872.” — It is hereby notified to the applicants whose names appear in the subjoined Schedule, that they have been declared to be the purchasers of the sections set opposite their names in the Schedule, and that the purchase money of these sections must be paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue in Invercargill, on or before Wednesday, the 30th day of July, 1873, otherwise the applications will be deemed withdrawn, cancelled and void, and the deposit made at the time of lodging the application will be forfeited.
