Lessees of Run No. 20, in the Province of Otago.
TAKE NOTICE, that in terms of section one hundred and three (103A) of the Otago Waste Lands Act 1872, the Waste Lands Board of the Province of Otago hereby offer to you, as the holder of the pastoral lease of Run No. 20, the right to acquire by purchase, at the rate of twenty shillings (20s) per acre, subject to the conditions of purchase contained in the Otago Waste Lands Act 1872, six hundred and forty (640) acres, or any quantity not exceeding six hundred and forty acres in one block of the land comprised in the said lease, including or not including, at your option, your homestead pre-emptive right.
And further take notice that you are required to exercise your right of purchase within twelve months after the date of the service of this notice, and that in the event of non-payment of the purchase money for the land (if any) selected by you within such period of twelve months, you will be deemed to have declined to purchase.

And further take notice that if you fail or neglect to make application for an agricultural lease within three months from and after the date of the service of this notice, you will be deemed to have declined to exercise your right to obtain an agricultural lease under the provisions of the said Act.

GAZETTE.—Parties who get the Gazette, or who may apply for it, should give as part of their address the nearest, or most convenient post town. The Gazette has little chance of reaching parties unless that is done.
OTAGO LAND ACT 1872 may be obtained from the Government Storekeeper, Dunedin. Price, 2s 6d, if posted, 3s 2d. The usual allowance to the trade. Postage stamps cannot be received in payment.

EDUCATION RESERVES, SOUTHLAND.
APPLICATIONS will be received by Mr. John H. Baker, Survey Office, Invercargill, from persons wishing to lease any of the Reserves as formerly advertised.
Copies of the Otago Regulations, and conditions for the Leasing of Education Reserves, can be obtained from Mr. Baker, Invercargill.
INVERCARGILL, BLUFF & WINTON RAILWAY
On and after May 1st, 1873, daily trains will run as under:
- Leave Winton for Invercargill at 8.15 a.m.
- Invercargill for Bluff at 9.45 a.m.
- Bluff for Invercargill at 11.45 a.m.
- Invercargill for Bluff at 2 p.m.
- Invercargill for Winton at 4 p.m.
- Bluff for Invercargill at 4 p.m.
A train will leave Winton on Saturday evenings at 5.15, returning from Invercargill on Monday mornings at 7.
There are no trains on Sunday.
DUNEDIN AND PORT CHALMERS RAILWAY.
TIME TABLE for JULY, 1873.
Passenger and goods trains will leave Dunedin and Port Chalmers respectively, calling at Intermediate Stations, as under:
