Filed in the annexed Schedule, unless there shall be valid objections against granting such lease.
Objections to the granting of such lease, stating the grounds of objection, must be made in writing and lodged with the Warden at Queenstown, on or before the 11th day of July, 1873.
Copy of the application made and plans annexed, may be seen at the Warden’s Office at, Queenstown.

Schedule
The Shotover Terrace Gold Mining Company, Limited, for 3 acres of land, more or less, as the same may be found after survey to be within the peg and trenches of the applicants, situated at Pleasant Creek Terrace, Upper Shotover, being section 14 block XI, Upper Shotover.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Mining Lease issued in favor of James Hazlett and others for section 1 Block II, Bannockburn has been cancelled, the lessees having refused to execute the same, and this land is now open for occupation holders of Miners’ Rights.

IMPOUNDING NOTICE: On Friday, noon, a horse will be sold at Glenkenich Pound.
FRESH TENDERS will be received at the office of the Secretary for Works until noon of Friday, 11th July, 1873, for excavations, &c., at Pitt street. Drawings and specifications may be seen at the office of the Provincial Engineer, Dunedin.

TENDERS will be received at the office of the Registrar and Returning Officer, Provincial Government Buildings, Dunedin, until noon on Friday, 11th July, 1873, for Printing House of Representatives and Provincial Council Electoral Rolls for the year 1873-74, according to the following conditions:-
- The paper, type, size of pages, &c., to be the same as sample lying at the office.
- The Tender must include all expenses of paper, folding and stitching, alterations and corrections of the press, &c.; blank pages not to be charged for.
- The work to be completed before the 31st of August, 1873.
- Two proof copies to be forwarded from time to time to the Returning Officer. The proofs to be revised and sent to Printer by Returning Officer within two days after the same have been received by him.
- Security, to be approved by the Returning Officer, to be given for the due performance of the contract.

Peninsula Road District
WANTED, a competent person to act as Clerk and Collector to the Peninsula Road Board, Salary, £30 per annum. Applications, with testimonials, to be lodged at the Schoolhouse, Highcliff, on or before the 1st August, current.

SUBURBAN ROAD BOARD
TENDERS wanted by the Corstorphine sub-division of the Suburban Road Board for spreading 900 yards of metal, at per yard. Intending contractors can see the portion of the road on which the metal is to be spread, by Messrs. Thomson, McLaren, and Dempster, on Friday, the 18th July, at 2 o’clock, at the bottom of the Church hill, Green Island.
TENDERS wanted by the above Board, for current year. Tenders to be lodged with Mr. Andrew, Chairman, on or before Saturday, the 19th July.

TENDERS are invited by the above Board, for forming about 50 chains of the road line leading from Berwick Township to Waipori bush.
