southerly direction, by the western boundary line of the said Block IV. to the northern boundary line of block VI., North Harbor and Blueskin Survey District; thence by the said northern boundary line of the said block VI., and the northern boundary line of Block VII., North Harbor and Blueskin Survey District, to the Main North Road; thence by the Main North Road to the northern boundary line of the North-east Valley Survey District; thence in a westerly direction by the said northern boundary line of the North-east Valley Survey District to a road line between Sections 87 and 89 of the said district; thence by the said road line continued between Sections 86 and 88, North-east Valley Survey District, to the northern boundary line of Block IX., North Harbor and Blueskin Survey District; thence in an easterly direction by the said northern boundary line of the said Block IX., to the north-west corner of Section 33, Sawyer’s Bay Survey District; thence in a south-easterly direction by the boundary line of the said Sawyer’s Bay Survey District to Otago Harbor; and thence by high watermark to the starting Point.

  1. Dunedin District.

Comprises all that area bounded on the North by the Waihemo Creek, Blueskin Bay, and the ocean; on the East and South by the Port Chalmers District and by the ocean; and on the West by Kaikorai and Abbott’s Creeks: thence by the watershed of the Kaikorai Flag-staff and Swammy Hill Ranges to the source of the Waihemo Creek.

  1. North Taieri District.

Comprises all that area bounded towards the North by the Waikouaiti District; towards the East by the Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District; towards the South by a line round the southern boundary of the said block to the boundary line between sections numbered respectively 1 and 7, Block XIII., East Taieri Survey District; thence along that boundary line and its continuation in the same direction to the road line between Block VIII. and Irregular Block; thence along that road line to another road line between Block XIX. and Irregular Block; thence along that road line and its continuation to the Taieri River; and towards the West by the Taieri River.

  1. West Taieri District.

Comprises all that area bounded towards the North by the Lammermoor Ranges and Sutton’s Stream; towards the East by the Waikouaiti, North Taieri, and East Taieri Districts; towards the South by Tokomairiro District; and towards the South-west by Waipori District.

  1. East Taieri District.

Comprises all that area bounded towards the North by the North Taieri District; towards the East by the Dunedin District; towards the South by the ocean; and towards the West by the Taieri River.

  1. Waipori District.

Comprises all that area bounded by a line proceeding from Maungatua Hill by the north-eastern watershed of the Waipori River to the Lammerlaw; thence by the south-western watershed of the said Waipori River to Waitahuna Hill; thence in a direct line to Maungatua Hill, the starting point.

  1. Gabriel’s District.

Comprises all that area bounded by a line proceeding in a northerly direction twenty chains distant from and parallel to the Clutha River from a point opposite Crookburn to a point opposite Beaumont Burn; thence to and along Beaumont Burn to its source; thence to the Lammerlaw; thence by the south-western boundary of the Waipori District to the north-west boundary of the Waitahuna District; thence along the north-western boundaries of the Waitahuna District, and across the Clutha River to the starting point; excepting therefrom the area contained in the Blue Spur District.

  1. Blue Spur District.

Comprises all that area bounded by a line commencing at a point in the road line along the north-western watershed of Munro’s Gully, bearing due east from Trigonometrical Station E, Tuapeka East Survey District, and proceeding thence in an easterly direction to the road line along the south-eastern watershed of the said Munro’s Gully; thence in a south-westerly direction along the said road line to the south boundary of Block XVIII., Tuapeka East Survey District aforesaid; thence in a westerly direction along the said boundary to a point due south of Trigonometrical Station E aforesaid; thence in a northerly direction to the Road line first above mentioned; thence in a North-easterly direction along the said road line to the starting point.

  1. Waitahuna District.

Comprises all that area bounded towards the North and East by Gabriel’s and Waipori Districts; towards the South by the Tokomairiro District; and towards the West by the Clutha River.

  1. Tokomairiro District.

Comprises all that area bounded from the Clutha River by the northern boundary of the North Tokomairiro and West Taieri Hundreds to the Waipori River; thence by the Waipori River and Lake, and the Taieri River, to the ocean; thence by the ocean to the Wangaloa Creek; thence along Wangaloa Creek and the leading ridge to Two Stone Creek; thence along Two Stone Creek and the eastern shore of the Tuakitoto Lake to Stony Creek; thence along Stony Creek to the eastern boundary of Block VI., Hillend Survey District; thence along the eastern boundary of Block VI., the northern boundary of Block I., and the eastern and northern boundaries of Block II., Hillend Survey District aforesaid, to the Clutha River, and along the Clutha River in a northerly direction to the starting point.

  1. North Molyneux District.

Comprises all that area bounded on the North by a line proceeding from the Clutha River along the southern and eastern boundaries of Block I., and the eastern boundary of Block VI., Hillend Survey District, and Stony Creek, to the Tuakitoto Lake; thence along the eastern shore of the Tuakitoto Lake to the Two Stone Creek; thence by Two Stone Creek and the leading ridge to Wangaloa Creek; thence by Wangaloa Creek to the ocean; thence, bounded towards the South by the ocean, to the Clutha River; and thence towards the West by the Clutha River and its Koau branch to the starting point.

  1. Balclutha District.

Comprises all that area bounded by a line proceeding from the Clutha River along the northern and eastern boundaries of Block II., Hillend Survey District, to the northern boundary of Block I., same district; thence along the northern, eastern, and southern boundaries of the said Block I., to the Clutha River; thence across the Clutha River, and along its Koau branch to the road line forming the south-western boundary of Blocks XXXIII., XXXIV., and XLI., Clutha Survey District; thence along the said road line to the road line forming the north-western boundary of Blocks XLI., XLII., and XLIII., of the said Clutha Survey District; thence north-easterly along the said road line to the Clutha River, and across the Clutha River to the starting point.

  1. Kaikuku District.

Comprises the whole of the area contained within the West Clutha Hundred, bounded towards the North-west by the Popotunoa District; towards the North-east by the Clutha River; towards the South-east by the East Clutha Hundred; and towards the South-west by the Popotunoa District.

  1. Clutha District.

Comprises all that area bounded towards the North-west by the West Clutha Hundred; towards the North, east by Blocks XXXIII., XXXIV., and XLI., Clutha Survey District; towards the East by the Clutha River and its Koau branch; towards the South by the ocean; and towards the West by the western boundary of Catlin’s Hundred.

  1. Popotunoa District.

Comprises all that area bounded by a line commencing at the junction of the Waikaka Stream with the river Mataura; proceeding thence along the said stream to the junction of the Pukerau, or Taylor’s Creek; thence along the Pukerau to a point due west of the junction of the Waipahi Stream with the Pomahaka river; thence due east to the said Pomahaka river; thence by the Tapanui ranges to the summit; thence due east to a point twenty chains west of the Clutha river; thence southwards, parallel to the Clutha river, to a point opposite the junction of the Crookburn; thence easterly to the Clutha river; thence along the Clutha river to the northern angle of the West Clutha Hundred; thence along the north-western and south-western boundaries of the said Hundred and the western boundary of Catlin’s Hundred to the ocean; thence westerly along the ocean beach to run 61; thence northerly, along the eastern boundaries
