registered in the office of the Registrar of Deeds in Dunedin, in the Province aforesaid, on the first day of February last, has at the suit of the above-named Thomas Hanmond, the execution creditor, been levied upon and taken in execution, and will be sold by public auction at the Sheriff’s Bailiff’s Office, Supreme Courthouse, in Dunedin, on Thursday, the 31st day of July, at twelve o’clock at noon, unless the said execution shall be previously satisfied.

VACCINATION DISTRICTS CONSTITUTED.

WHEREAS by “the Public Health Act, 1872,” it is, among other things, provided that the Governor may from time to time divide New Zealand, or such part thereof as he may think fit, into convenient districts for affording increased facilities for vaccination, and from time to time alter the boundaries of any such districts heretofore formed or hereinafter to be formed: And whereas it is expedient that the districts hereinafter mentioned should be constituted under the said Act:
Now therefore, I, Sir George Alfred Arney, the Administrator of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of all powers and authorities enabling me under the hereinbefore in part recited Act, do hereby constitute the several portions of the said Colony which are described in the Schedule hereto, to be districts under the said Act, for affording increased facilities for vaccination; and I do hereby also declare that each such district shall be called and known by the name set forth at the beginning of the description thereof in the said Schedule.
Given under the hand of His Excellency Sir George Alfred Arney, Knight, Administrator of the Government in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same; and issued at Wellington, this eighth day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy-three.

PROVINCE OF OTAGO.
- Oamaru District.
Comprises all that area bounded on the North and North-east by the Province of Canterbury; on the East by the ocean; on the South by the northern branch of the Kakanui River to its source, and thence by a line in a westerly direction to the Kakanui Mountains; towards the West by the Kakanui Mountains, the Hawkdun Mountains, and the Dunstan Mountains, from Mount St. Bathans to the Province of Canterbury.
- Hamilton District.
Comprises all that area bounded by a line proceeding from Lammerlaw, along the western watershed of the Upper Taieri River, to South Roughridge Hill; thence to North Roughridge Hill; thence along the ranges to Kyeburn Hill; thence to Kakanui Peak; thence along the northern and western boundary of the Hyde District to Sutton’s Stream; thence along Sutton’s Stream to its source; and thence to Lammerlaw the starting point.
- Hyde District.
Comprises all that area bounded towards the North by the Taieri River and Run 203, from Snowburn to Kakanui Peak; thence along the north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of Run 255 to Deep Dell Creek, at its junction with the Waihemo River; thence due south to a point due east of the north-eastern corner of Run 307; thence westerly to Run 307; thence along the southern boundary of Run 307 and Sutton’s Stream to the Rock and Pillar Ranges; thence along the western boundaries of Runs 213 and 214 to the Taieri River, at the junction of Sowburn, the starting point.
- Otepopo District.
Comprises all that area bounded towards the North by the northern branch of the Kakanui River to its source, and thence by a line in a westerly direction to the Kakanui Mountains; towards the East by the ocean; and towards the South-west by the Horse Range and the Kakanui Mountains.
- Palmerston District.
Comprises all that area bounded towards the North-east by the Otepopo District; towards the South-east by the ocean; towards the South-west by Pleasant River from its outlet to a point due east of Mount Pleasant; towards the South by a straight line extending due east and west from Pleasant River to the north branch of the Waikouaiti River and passing across Mount Pleasant; and towards the West by the Waikouaiti River and the Hyde District.
- Waikouaiti District.
Comprises all that area bounded towards the North-west by the Hyde District; towards the North-east by the Palmerston District; towards the South-east by the ocean; and towards the South and South-west by the Dunedin, North Taieri, and West Taieri Districts.
- Port Chalmers District.
All that area comprising the Town of Port Chalmers, the Lower Harbour West Survey District, the Sawyer’s Bay Survey District, sections numbered 88 to 115 inclusive, North-east Valley Survey District, and Blocks 4, 5, 6, and part of 7, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District.
