AUCTIONEER’S LICENSE.
A MEETING of the Executive will take place on Thursday, 17th April, 1873, at noon, to take into consideration an application for an Auctioneer’s License made by Robert Saywell, Oamaru.
ACCEPTANCE OF TENDERS.—Contract No. 576.
The tender of Henrich Miller has been accepted for the above Contract for the sum of £250.
Contract No. 699.—The tender of William Coleclough has been accepted for the above Contract for the sum of £484 14s. 8d.
Contracts Nos. 690 and 701.—The tenders of R. Ayling for the above Contracts have been accepted for the respective sums of £85 10s. and £142 10s.
Contract No. 703.—The tender of Kennard and Graham has been accepted for the above Contract for the sum of £594 4s. 7d.
Contracts Nos. 714 to 721, inclusive.—The tender of Thos. Heffernan for the above Contract has been accepted for the sum of £237 12s.

Contract No. 729.—Construction of portion of road, Tokomairiro to Coast, through Messrs Lands and Lawrence’s property, near Coast, between pegs 0 and 52.
Plans and specifications may be seen and forms of tender obtained at the office of the Engineer of Roads and Works, Dunedin, and at School-house, Wangaloa.
Tenders to be endorsed “Roads and Works Tender for Contract No. 729.”
The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.

Tenders to be endorsed “Mount Ida Water Supply, Tender for Contract No. 5.”
The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.
