SOUTHERN GENERAL CEMETERY.
The following is the scale of Cemetery Fees adopted by the City Council, on the 29th day of January, 1873, approved by His Honor the Superintendent and his Executive Council, and published in compliance with section 7 of the "North Dunedin Cemetery Act 1872."
The price chargeable for Burial Allotments shall be as follows —
- Extra first-class, 16 ft. x 10 ft. .. £10 0 0
- First-Class, 8 ft. x 10 ft. .. £3 0 0
- Second-class, 8 ft. x 4 ft. .. £1 5 0
In addition to the above prices for ground, the following shall be the interment fees —

CITY OF DUNEDIN—AUCTIONEER’S LICENSE.
NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the direction of His Honor the Superintendent, an Auctioneer’s License for the year ending 31st January, 1874, has been issued by me in favor of

BYE-LAWS, Mabel Hundred.
1st. That no cattle of any description be depastured on the Mabel Hundred without a license.
2nd. That no sheep shall be depastured on any land within the Hundred under the jurisdiction of the Wardens.
3rd. That no entire horse over twelve months old, and no bull over six months old, shall be depastured without special permission of the Wardens.
4th. That no person shall be allowed to depasture on the Hundred more than one (1) head for every four (4) acres of land in his occupation, and that all cattle depastured must be branded with the registered brand of the license-holder.
5th. All stray cattle or sheep may be impounded, and the Wardens will not be responsible for any mistakes which may arise through cattle not bearing brands according to the Cattle Branding Ordinance.
6th. All license holders shall on or before the first day of April, 1873, give in a written statement to the Chairman of the number of cattle and horses depastured by them on the said Hundred.
7th. That the penalty for any breach of the foregoing Bye-laws be any sum not exceeding five pounds (£5) sterling.
These Bye-laws passed by the undersigned Wardens.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership between the undersigned, in the business of Brewers at Queenstown, under the firm of "Surman and Davis," was this day dissolved by mutual consent.
Mr. William Lovell Davis will pay and receive all debts owing from and to the said partnership.
