NOTICE
Of certain Lands in the Province of Otago having been reserved for Educational purposes.
By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of section 16 of the "Southland Waste Lands Act 1865," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved for educational purposes; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described as a reserve for educational purposes (that is to say):—
- Sections 97, 58, and 59, block I, Mataura Hundred, containing by admeasurement five hundred and twenty-nine (529) acres, three (3) roods, and thirty-nine (39) poles, more or less.
- Section 46, block XIV, New River Hundred, containing by admeasurement twenty-nine (29) acres, three (3) roods, and nine (9) poles, more or less.
- Sections 15, block VI, and 31, block VII, Winton Hundred, containing by admeasurement one hundred and sixty-nine (169) acres, and eight (8) poles, more or less.
- Sections 38, block I; 13, block II; 28, block III; and 23, block IV, Aparima Hundred, containing by admeasurement two hundred and sixty-three (263) acres, three (3) woods and thirty (30) poles, more or less.
- Sections 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12, block IX; section 25, block VII; section 20, block XI; and section 25, block XV, Invercargill Hundred, containing by admeasurement six hundred and forty-seven (647) acres, one (1) rood, and thirty-five (35) poles, more or less.
- Sections 28, block X; 30, block XIII; and 55, block XVII, Jacob’s River Hundred, containing by admeasurement three hundred and sixty-three (383) acres, two (2) roods, six (6) poles, more or less.
- Section 2, 6, 8, 18, 20-22, block VII, Wallace-town, containing by admeasurement two (2) acres and one (1) rood, more or less.
- Sections 17, 18, 19, and 20, block LV, town of Invercargill.
- Sections 27 and 35, block I; 2 and 12, block II; 9 and 25, block III; 4 and 9, block IV; 14 and 22, block V; 11 and 23, block VII; and 1 land 8, block VIII, East Winton Township.

Of certain Land in the Province of Otago having been reserved for the use of the Winton Agricultural and Pastoral Association.
By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of section 16 of the "Southland Waste Lands Act 1865," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved for the use of the Winton Agricultural and Pastoral Association; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described as a reserve for the use of the Winton Agricultural and Pastoral Association (that is to say):—
- Section 6, block VI, East Winton district, containing by admeasurement five (5) acres one (1) rood and twenty-seven (27) poles, more or less.

Of certain Land in the Township of Riverton, in the Province of Otago having been reserved for the Western District Farmers Club Agricultural and Pastoral Association.
By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of section 16 of the "Southland Waste Lands Act 1865," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved for the Western District Farmers Club Agricultural and Pastoral Association; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described as a reserve for the Western District Farmers Club Agricultural and Pastoral Association (that is to say):—
All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement three (3) acres, and three (3) roods, more or less, being block XVI, town of Riverton, bounded towards the north-west by High street, five hundred (500) links; towards the north-east by Albany street, seven hundred and fifty (750) links; towards the south-east by Pitt street, five hundred (500) links; and towards the south-west by Priory place, seven hundred and fifty (750) links.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of section 16 of the "Southland Waste Lands Act 1865," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved for Municipal purposes; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described as reserves for Municipal purposes (that is to say):—
- Sections 1 and 8, block I; 5 and 16, block II; 16 and 18, block XI; 12, block XII; 8, block XIII; 9, block XIV; 9, block XV; 14, block XVI; 15, block XVII; 12, block XVIII; 8, block XIX; 9 and 15, block XX.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of section 16 of the "Southland Waste Lands Act 1865," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved for an endowment for a New River Harbor Trust; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described as an endowment for a New River Harbor Trust (that is to say):—
- Sections 1 and 8, block II; 5 and 16, block II; 17, block III; 1 and 6, block IV; 6 and 20, block V; 5 and 21, block VI; 1 and 37, block VII; 6 and 18, block VIII, East Winton.
